From Emen heat,
Never freed by husband’s word,
Her grave signed the end.

First order in my life. My beloved woman had a grandmother. She just made an order for me to make a painting of her beloved mother, who just passed away. I was thinking about this woman who moved from Emen in 1940 to Israeli land, lived in a Kibbutz, and stuff like that. She was never divorced, and her man never gave her a divorce; that’s why she stayed in jail for 50 years, because of the law, a husband should accept a divorce, or she will stay in jail. She decided to stay in jail. So he passed away a long time ago, and now she has passed away. I made a painting – the circle of life. She is in blue, young, in a bikini, and then she lies down under the earth.
